Introducing QuantShift AI
Why we built a multi-agent system focused on the temporal dimension of strategy — and how it complements the rest of the Quant Mec product family.
Why we built QuantShift AI
Most strategic AI tools answer a question that's already been asked: "what should I do about this thing?" That's useful — and it's exactly what SparkQuant AI does well. But it leaves a gap.
The harder, more important question is the one you don't yet know to ask: what's about to change? By the time disruption is obvious, the window to respond has usually closed. By the time a customer "job" has shifted decisively, you've already lost ground. By the time the value chain has reorganised, the new entrants have already locked in the profitable stages.
QuantShift AI is built around that gap. It's a multi-agent system whose job is to watch the temporal dynamics — disruption signatures, customer-job trajectories, competitive position movement, value migration zones — and surface what matters before it's obvious.
How it fits with the rest of the family
QuantShift AI is the third product in the Quant Mec Technologies family. SparkQuant AI is the strategic consultant — what should I do now? QuantJin AI is the tool recommender — which products and tools should I use? QuantShift AI is the temporal lens — how is my situation evolving and what's coming next?
The three products share infrastructure (Clerk auth, Supabase database, unified subscription) but cover different temporal scopes. You can use one or all three; most users find they want the same lens at different decision moments.
What's inside
Eight specialised agents, organised in three layers: Sensing (Market Signal, Customer Job, Disruption Pattern), Analysis (Modularity, Competitive Position, Hypothesis), and Action (Test Designer, Adaptation). An orchestrator agent decides which subset to run for any given question — most queries don't need all eight.
Every agent is industry-aware. Seven verticals get full specialisation; everything else runs in general-support mode. Every agent's output is structured JSON, which the Report Generator composes into a final PDF with embedded charts.
Try it. Upload customer interview transcripts as a PDF, describe your business in two sentences, and ask a real strategic question. The agents do the rest.
